What is it with motorized unicycles? About fifty companies are making them. Nobody, as far as I can tell, is buying them. I can ride a unicycle, and even I think these make people look like idiots.

Yay, forced obsolescence!

One of the problems with bicycles, from an entrepreneurial point of view, is that they last basically forever. You can buy a used bike for $50 and ride it every day for next thirty years. Steve Jobs loved bicycles, but you’ll notice he never tried to manufacture and sell them.

If you Love Biking, but hate EXERCISE – Moustache Bikes!

Moustache Bikes says: “Several studies show that e-bike users ride more often and longer, and they usually choose their e-bike instead of other means of transportation.”

Do you want several studies that say exercise is good?  I think I can find some.

Sled Dog Skates – Dude, you forgot your skis

Here at Wheeled Thing, we love our Sled Dogs… but what is this company doing, building them by hand?  They are in-stock, now, but only have 100 pairs left?

It is hot and humid here in NYC, and I’m not in the mood to think about snow sports yet.
